okay. so I love making food and usually don’t have much time to do much more than you know, like silly mac and cheese or a meat and cheese sandwich. but tonight we had make a dinner night or whatever it should be called at our place.
So I made this delicious salad with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, walnuts, banana chips, and a white balsamic vinaigrette. Then Josh and our neighbor Becky and I together made an angel hair pasta with sausage and onions and spinach. Plus, we had some grilled asparagus on the side and a little bit of a garlic bread.
I mostly just want to brag about the fantastic meal I ate at home tonight with good friends. I mean, if you ever wanna come over we can cook together too!
Also. Tonight I just made my first loaves of zucchini bread!
Hmm.. only problem is all those dishes…
